Hazelfern Cellars Wine Pairing Dinner
Our Hazelfern wine pairing dinner will be a night to remember! We are thrilled to have one of Hazelfern's owners, Bryan Laing joining us all the way from Oregon for this fabulous dinner. We have created an incredible food and wine offering that's sure to impress everyone's taste buds. Guests will enjoy a carefully curated three course meal prepared by our own Chef Craig Kuhns with 6 perfectly paired wines from Hazelfern Cellars to compliment each bite.
We will start off this special evening with a welcome glass of rose!
1st Course| Scalloped mousse with truffle cream, herbs & fregola | Two varietals of Chardonnay
2nd Course| Roast duck with rose peppercorn glaze & winter vegetables | Winter Rose & Pinot Noir
3rd Course| Whipped goat cheese tart with a red wine syrup | Pinot Noir

We will be taking all precautions in regards to COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class, the chef and staff are required to wear masks. Hand washing stations are located throughout the kitchen and it is large enough to allow for appropriate social distancing.
