James Coates, 45, of Bridgeport Avenue in Milford is charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. Joshua Roman, 25, of East Main Street in Bridgeport is charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny. Marvin Owens, 53, of Woodmont Avenue in Milford is charged with three counts of violation of a protective order and interfering with an officer. Eduardo Cruz, 32, of Shea Avenue in Milford is charged with disorderly conduct. Chaz McFadden, 31, of Columbus Avenue in New Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny. Edward White, 38, of Lenox Avenue in Milford is charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, and reckless endangerment.
