Need licensed and insured companies for various projects around the house. Contractor will need to pull appropriate permits. One company does not need to do all projects. Please let me know what you are interested in. Concrete work: -New double wide and double long driveway. Rainwater needs to flow away from house. -New walkway and remove old walkway -New backyard patio -New concrete basement stairs -New shed concrete slab -Parge back addition and side porch walls -Cut through brick and install exterior door -Remove old construction material pile Wood: -Build new 7-foot-high backyard fence and 4-foot demarcation fence, remove existing chain link fence -Replace posts and screen on screened in porch -Build exterior staircase from living room to patio -Build exterior staircase from screened in porch to back yard -Door awnings for the two back doors Landscaping: -Extend underground PVC pipes -Pavers from driveway to back patio
