STREET, MD — Someone who bought a Powerball ticket in Harford County could be sitting on $150,000.
Maryland Lottery officials said the player purchased the lotto ticket at the Wawa on Conowingo Road for the Powerball drawing Wednesday, Feb. 24.
The winner has not yet come forward, lottery officials reported Monday, March 1.
Nobody hit the jackpot, and authorities said the Maryland lotto winner was among 12 players across the country to score a third-tier prize in the Feb. 24 drawing.
Maryland's winner matched four numbers and the Powerball.
The winning numbers were 4, 33, 43, 53 and 65; lottery officials said the Powerball was 21 with a Power Play multiplier x3.
Officials say the winner should sign the back of the ticket and put it someplace safe until claiming the prize money by mail or by appointment at the Maryland Lottery headquarters at Montgomery Business Park, 1800 Washington Blvd., Suite 330, Baltimore, MD 21230.
