Delta Restoration Services of Southern Colorado is currently looking to add subcontractors for our commercial and residential projects and partner with our growing team! If you are looking for year-round work we are the team to partner with! Delta is an award-winning, A+ BBB Rated, property restoration contractor located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We service Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas and are a preferred vendor to insurance companies. We are looking for multi-trade subcontractors to help in the following areas: • Drywall • Texturing • Finish Carpentry (baseboards, casing, doors, etc.) • Flooring (Carpet, pads, ceramic tile, vinyl tile, laminate, hardwoods) • Cabinets (Vanities, kitchen, stain matching, custom-built, etc.) • Finish Plumbing (fixtures, reset toilets and sinks, water lines) • Concrete (gypsum or lightweight concrete and full pours) • Install/Remove Solar Panels • Install Windows • Tile Shower Surrounds • Shower Pans • Framing (Working from blueprints, trusses, wall framing) • Egress Windows • Electrical (light installation, outlets/switches, code understanding, appliance wiring) • Detach/Reset appliances • Exteriors (gutters, paint, decks, shingle repair, fencing, stucco) • Insulation (blown-in, batt, vapor barrier, blanket, and ram settings We do require yearly employee background screenings, general liability insurance, vehicle liability insurance, worker’s compensation insurance, or individual independent contractor status to be considered for our assignments.
