Local real estate management company in need of an experienced repairman to help service and maintain rental properties we own in Greater Binghamton area. Must have experience/be able to do the following: paint, basic plumbing repairs, basic electric repairs, basic heating unit repairs, window glass install, carpet installation, decking repairs, appliance installation, basic roof repairs among other things. If you own a pick-up truck that would be a bonus. Hours are 15-20 per week, on-call some weekends(paid time and half for weekends), pay is negotiable and will be based on experience.
