Job Description:
- Responsible for assisting foreman in various duties on commercial job sites. Everything from light electrical, light plumbing, carpentry and concrete work.
- Continually lifting, stretching, and loading equipment with their hands.
Work Environment:
- We work in all weather elements.

Dress Code:
- Jeans, T-shirt (No Sleeveless), Construction boots. Company will provide contractors with logoed t-shirt and sweatshirt.
Hours:
-7 am - 4:30pm. We work occasional Saturdays if needed. Average hours per week are 50 - 55.
Location:
-Majority of projects are in a 30 Mile Radius of Des Moines.
** This candidate would be groomed and expected to move into a Foreman role **
Qualifications:
- Previous hand and power tool experience
- Any Experience within trade opportunities
-Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
-Valid Drivers License
Best Vs. Average:
-Experience with Operating skid loader
-Able to setup the fence post.
-Desire to be the leader of a crew and shows high loyalty to our Fencing company.
