Super Saturday trifecta class! Come try out 3 different workouts in 1 class!
We will start at 8am and each format will be 30 minutes, with a cool down and stretch at the end. Bring a change of shoes, yoga mat, and plenty of water. Don't forget to take your pre-workout and bring your post workout. Attendances prizes will be giveaway. Join us for an hour and a half long fitness journey that will leave you feeling empowered and ready to take on your weekend.
