Description
SIMA Services Inc. seeks part-time maintenance technician.
Duties:
Perform maintenance of two health clubs
Respond to maintenance emergencies
Clean, maintain pools and jacuzzis
Perform preventative maintenance projects as assigned
Split shifts on weekends, evening shifts, and holidays
Job qualifications/requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years building maintenance experience
Maintenance of pool/jacuzzi/sauna preferred
Local candidate in Santa Barbara/Goleta preferred
Own vehicle and cell phone required
Applicant must pass background check
Valid drivers license/insurance
