Basic or Full Demos

I am songwriter and producer with my own publishing company. I was formerly a manager for a female solo artist. I am seeking a possible collaboration with a singer and multi-instrumentalist with their own recording studio. To date, I have written over 200 songs and secured about 25 publishing, licensing, and digital distribution deals for the songwriter, recording artist, or both. However, none of these deals provide for advances or reimbursement of demo costs. I have a large backlog of undemoed songs available. If you are equipped to record demos, I'll be glad to shop the final mixes to my industry contacts. Full demos preferred. Basic demos (i.e., guitar/vocals or piano/vocals) may be accepted. At a minimum, the demos should include vocals, guitar, piano or keyboards, bass, and drums. Pop, rock, and country. Please reply with a short bio, photo or logo, and contact information.
