Yoga in the Park gives us a break... Take an hour to reset through taking a moment to recognize, connect and appreciate nature.
This is an exercise regimen for moving with ease to increase mobility in the hips, hamstrings, shoulders & spine. NO YOGA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - WHAT TO BRING: A yoga mat, any items to make you more comfortable outdoors including a blanket, bolster, block, strap, sunscreen, non-toxic bug spray, water bottle, sweater.Come prepared for hot & sunny or chilly.
