CONCORD, NH — Jonathan Russell Devereaux, 30, of Manchester was arrested at 1:24 p.m. on Feb. 17, 2021, on a felony possession of fentanyl-sale, etc. charge after an incident at Cumberland Farms on Fisherville Road. He is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on April 29 for this case and has other active drug and theft charges in Concord and Manchester. Tiffany Jean Labonte, 29, of Penacook received a summons at 6:15 p.m. on Feb. 15 on an operating with an expired license-subsequent charge after an incident at 20 Loudon Road. Nikolas R. Carr, 26, of Hopkinton was arrested at 7:50 a.m. on Feb. 14 on a warrant and a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident at Concord Card and Memorabilia on South State Street. Carr was accused of failure to appear in superior court on Jan. 20 and Feb. 22 on burglary charges out of Franklin from April 2020. He was previously convicted on drug, theft, and burglary charges, and violation of probation or parole. Mikhayla A. Stevens, born 1998, of Concord received a summons at 1:39 p.m. on Feb. 13 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at the New Hampshire Department of Transportation building on Stickney Avenue. Kristie Matott, born 1979, of Concord was arrested at 9:24 a.m. on Feb. 12 on endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of simple assault, criminal mischief, and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident on Fisherville Road. Raymond J. Hastings, born 1982, of Concord received a summons at 4:15 p.m. on Feb. 10 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident at Riverbend Community Mental Health on Pleasant Street. Shana T. Dutterer, 28, of Concord was arrested at 2:25 a.m. on Feb. 8 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge as well as two breach of bail charges after an incident at 212 Fisherville Road. She has a number of active cases in superior court. Patrick Stephen Walsh, 61, of Concord was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on Feb. 6 on a criminal trespass charge. Police were sent to the McDonald's Restaurant on South Main Street for a report of a man sleeping inside a restroom. Staffers, according to an affidavit, requested the man leave three times but he refused. When the officers arrived, they recognized the subject to be Walsh, due to numerous, previous encounters. The reporting officer said Walsh was previously trespassed from the property in April 2020. He was arrested, refused bail, and was taken to the county jail. Corey James St. Pierre, 31, of Hillsboro received a summons at 9:03 a.m. on Feb. 5 on driving after revocation or suspension, uninspected vehicle, and driving without giving proof charges after an incident at 344 Loudon Road.
