Rehoming wired haired mix puppy

I have a wired haired terrier/german shepherd mix. She is about 20lbs now and will be a BIG dog. She is 4 months old. She is potty trained and is partially leash trained. She has her first set of boosters. (Vet told me without the last two sets of boosters she cannot go to the park or be near another dogs poo) will not re-home to people with younger kids as she is afraid of them and she’s afraid of bigger dogs. (Please do not ask if i can make an exception. I will not. Also if you are a “rescue” please do not contact me.) Rehoming fee is 75. Willing to negotiate rehoming fee to the right home. Will not give her free to anyone.
