Title: Customer Service Representative at Touchpoint Logistics Hours: 8-5pm Lunch: 12:00pm – 1:00pm Address: 3500 Channahon Road Unit A Joliet, IL 60436 Summary of Position: Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve daily duties as a customer service representative. As the customer service representative, it is vital to process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Our goal is to provide excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Duties & Responsibilities: Work closely with manager and work as a team on a daily basis. Fill in when need be. Ensure all work is complete.Take on more tasks when need be. Grow as a team to become partners in the office.Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Manage large amounts of emails and incoming calls. Provide accurate, valid and complete information about mistakes, orders, and etc. Always be honest!Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within a timely manner. Keep records of customer interactions and file documents. Follow all communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Go the extra mile to guarantee customer satisfaction. Help customers with questions and complaints via email and phone calls.Manage daily consumer and retail orders from all of your customer accounts.Responsible for following routing guides, deadlines, and etc. for retailers. Managing all emails and phone calls within an hour. Need to be professional at all times when responding to emails and phone calls. Must be organized at all times. Meaning anyone can fill in for you if you are ill or on vacation. Able to adapt to work in a fast-past environment. Must have the great time management skills and be able to multitask throughout the working day.Responsible for walking customers through basic troubleshooting.Inventory reports. Orders summaries. Navigating warehouse system onlineAll orders must be closed in our warehouse system. All orders must be scanned and emailed to correct individuals before the end of your shift. Help team members when they are falling behind. Must be reliable with excellent attendance. Ask for help when you need it!Be a leader, not a follower.Ability to work with others and understand what it means to be a part of a team!INTERESTED??
