Looking for someone familiar with alternative/green building skills

I'm thinking of buying 4-5 acres with a mobile home on it, while I build a smaller (1000-1200sf) mostly underground house/w attached greenhouse. I'd like to incorporate papercrete, earthcrete, aircrete &/or strawclay portions & make it as self-sustainable as possible, with rainwater collection, superinsulation, solartubes, etc. May be purchasing the property as soon as a couple of months. Will consider bartering housing situation, for anyone interested in some sort of permaculture, alternative housing, alternative energy type of community
