Looking for a catch all handyman to help manage a commercial property in Mendota. This is an hourly position on call as needed. Skills required:
- light construction
ex: drywall, roofing, etc.
- plumbing
ex: replace a sink or toilet
- electrical
ex: change an electrical socket
