DOYLESTOWN, PA — The Bucks County Department of Health recorded violations at 14 bars and restaurants in Doylestown in February. Here's what health inspectors found: Altomonte's Market, 1 violation: Handwashing sink blocked in the deli. Corrected on site. Burger King, 2 violations: Food workers not wearing hair restraints as required; areas throughout have buildup. Casa Toro Mexican Grill, 4 violations: Towels lacking at the bar handwashing sink; food stored on the floor in the walk-in refrigerator; knife stored in gap between equipment; facility reusing sour cream containers for storage of other food products. Cross Culture Fine Indian Cuisine, 2 violations: Tables are not situated in socially distanced locations; shelves in walk-in cooler and gap behind prep unit lid have buildup. Domani Star, 3 violations: No certified food safety manager on duty; employee observed eating in the prep area; food in prep area and in salad station not being held at a safe temperature. Dunkin Donuts, 3 violations: Frothing wand is soiled; prep unit is not holding food at a safe temperature; chemical sanitizer used for wiping cloths does not meet required sanitization levels. Genevieve's Kitchen, 1 violation: Food prep is being prepped in unapproved basement. Lil' Dom's, 3 violations: Chemical sanitizer not meeting required chlorine levels; meatballs in glass two-door unit are not at a safe temperature; food on display does not have a time on them when they are to be sold by or discarded. Piccolo Trattoria, 2 violations: Tables throughout are arranged too close to each other; no soap or paper towels at the hand wash sinks throughout. Planet Smoothie, 2 violations: Leak in one sink in 3-bay sink; floors under equipment and refrigeration units have buildup. Ristorante Villa Capri 1 violation: No certified food safety manager on duty. Rita's, 1 violation: No certified food safety manager on duty. Roman Delight, 1 violation: Employees observed in kitchen with masks under their chins or not covering their nose. Starbucks, 498 N.
