Carpenter, flooring installed, handy man/woman needed

I am looking to hire a carpenter who is well-versed in flooring installation, finish work trim baseboards that type of stuff. Skills beyond that like handyman work, painting drywall any of the above would be helpful. Work would start off part time and could morph into full-time based on quality of work. I am really looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands what it takes to make a customer happy. Pay will be based off experience.
