I have a single family home in Thornton, NH in need of chimney chase roofing/flashing repair. I can hear water dripping in onto the fireplace. Framing is wood. Vinyl siding. Metal pan on top with wood burning metal double flue pipe coming out the top. I am looking to hire a professional handyperson. You must be insured. You must have your own tools. You must have at least two references I can contact. Please note, the chimney chase is about 35ft up. Therefore, you will need a 40ft ladder or scaffolding. Back of the house is not accessible with lifts or cherry pickers. Sorry. If you don't know how to fix this properly and guarantee your work, please don't reply. I need someone who will do this safely, in a timely manor, under a fixed and agreed upon price.
