Two lost dogs. Please help return

Disabled vet's dogs were dumped. An angry bitter ex roommate took both dogs. Brown and White small female was dumped near Savemart and 99Cent Store at Ashland and West. She recently had puppies. The solid brown with tan feet female was dumped near Maroa and Herndon. The owner is crushed and these dogs mean a lot to him. They keep his PTSD in check. We can work out something if the dogs are returned. Please if you know where they are, let us know
