Looking for a self motivated Individual who can be a team player. We construct mainly residential house, garage, and warehouse foundations. Some heavy lifting required, as we build 4', 5',8',and some 10' tall foundations. And we use Advance forms 6 bar system. We pour concrete floors as well. Pay depends on experience. For example: if you have never picked up a hammer before or seen a tape measure your starting pay will be $15 per hour. If you have 2 to 3 years of experience your starting pay will be $18 per hour. if you have been in the trade for 5 years or greater and have good skills work well with others and take responsibility for your actions and have a license we can pay $20 plus per hour starting at $20. Bonuses can happen periodically thoughout the year depending on how smooth a project is executed, or employees performance level. Floor finishing skills are a plus. Tools required for this job: Tool Bag or a bucket with a tool belt, tape measure, 20 ounce or greater hammer, knife, and rubber boots. Call today work tomorrow
