Upcoming Laborer Position Openings: Property Care (mowing & maintenance) Softscape Hardscape Lawncare (fertilizer & pesticide) Job placement is determined once Spring Clean Up is completed. Work Duration: This is a seasonal job. All seasonal jobs will start at the beginning or middle of April and will last until late November. Please note that seasonal workers will be working long days and weeks, meaning most weeks of making overtime pay. At this point, laborers will be transitioned into their own division (either Property Care, Softscape, Lawncare, Hardscape). These are also ten-hour days, Monday through Friday (with the occasional Saturday). The season wraps up in November after fall clean-up services. In all positions, it is important that you be on time, show up in clean Lynch Landscaping uniforms, consistently meet/exceed your goals, maintain high-quality work, work as a team player, and be a positive representation of the company. As the company continues to grow each year, we are seeking team members that also want to grow, learn and have fun. These people must be responsible, self-motivated, fast-paced, detail-oriented, and hardworking. All candidates should be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license and be able to make it through the workday tobacco-free. We hope to have you as a part of our team this season!
