Course Contents:
Wheel Lifts, Progression, Hops, Drops, Pedal Punches, Landing Options, Body Position.
Goal: Successfully clear an 8-foot plus gap jump (approximately 4 feet in the air) and land safely and confidently.
WHAT TO BRING:
A well-tuned, modern-geometry mountain bike
Flat pedals, NOT “clip” or “clipless,” or clipless pedals with a platform. Please remove cages from flat pedals if so equipped.
Closed-toe shoes that are compatible with the pedals you’ll be using. It’s important that your pedals and shoes work together.
Appropriate dress for the climate conditions. Check the weather. Dress in layers if necessary.
Bicycle helmet
Protective gloves
Knee and elbow pads
Hydration pack or water bottles
Snacks (energy bars/gels/chews)
Sunscreen
Spare tube of appropriate size for your specific rim
Basic repair tools (multi tool, tire levers, pump, etc.)
Mosquito spray
Protective Glasses and/or sunglasses and case
Maximum attendees per clinic is 12. If tickets over sell for an event you may get a spot in a different clinic session.
