ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Wheatley, 44, of the 2200 block of N 73rd Avenue, Elmwood Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 4:11 a.m. Feb. 20 in the 500 block of N Arlington Heights Road. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of March 16. Enrique Gallegos-Guzman, 33, of the 800 block of Piper Lane, Prospect Heights, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured vehicle, and was arrested at 3:30 a.m. Feb. 21 at Palatine and Rand roads. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of March 16. Nicholas R. Strelak, 27, of the 0-100 block of E Suffield Drive, Arlington Heights, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 9:17 p.m. Feb. 24 in the 0-100 block of E Suffield Drive. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of March 16. Luke Wojcik, 39, of the 1600 block of E Central Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured vehicle, and was arrested at 2:05 a.m. Feb. 26 in the 2200 block of S Arlington Heights Road. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of April 6. DRIVING ON A REVOKED/SUSPENDED LICENSE Marina Badanina, 31, of the 100 block of East Thomas Street, Arlington Heights, is accused of two counts of driving on a revoked/suspended license (second offense), obstructing identification, unlawful possession of medical cannabis by a driver, operating an uninsured vehicle, and was arrested at 12:25 a.m. Feb. 20 in the 200 block of E Palatine Road. She was taken to court and assigned a court date of March 15. Carlos A. Velasquez-Lopez, 18, of the 1000 block of Argyle Street, Bensenville, is accused of driving on a revoked/suspended license, and was arrested at 2:12 a.m. Feb. 14 in the 0-100 block of E Algonquin Road. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of March 22.
