Below is a summary of COVID-19 data on Monday for Oconee and Clarke counties and for the entire 10-county Northeast Health District. The seven-day rolling average of added cases of COVID-19 increased again in the Northeast Health District and is now back to just below its level on Feb. 16.The seven-day rolling average of added cases increased in both Oconee and Clarke counties.The District added four deaths—including one in Clarke County--and the seven-day rolling average of added deaths declined.The number of COVID-19 patients in area hospitals declined, as it has for the last six days.The Department of Public Health reported the allocation of 463,610 new doses of vaccines to the state, including 83,000 of the single-dose Johnson and Johnson vaccine.For details and for state comparisons, please click through to Oconee County Observations.
