Description

Knights of Columbus Council #10627 is honoring St. Joseph, Patron Saint of Carpenters, by building birdhouses in time for the spring. Three different models of birdhouses are being built by our Knights and their families. See the drawings below. Funds benefit the charitable works of our local council. The first is the Sparrow Box ($37.50). It is a nice place for sparrows to live! Your choice of either stain or white paint. The second is the Bluebird Home ($45.00). Its rough cedar exterior gives it a rustic feel, and its design should favor bluebirds over other species. The exterior will be stained. The third is the Chickadee Sanctuary ($60.00). It is lovingly constructed and bears a strong resemblance to our "Country Gothic" St. Joseph Church in High Bridge. It makes a great gift, and would look just as good in your home as it would hanging from a low branch or a tall bush outside of it. Your choice of either stain or white paint. Place your order today, so your birdhouse(s) will be ready for pickup on Palm Sunday weekend (March 27-28). All orders must be placed before 8AM on 3/17/2021. Important notes: The Chickadee Sanctuary is designed to be hung from a low branch of a tree or tall shrub, and includes all hardware necessary. The Sparrow Box and the Bluebird Home are designed to be attached to a post or pole. The post or pole and associated hardware are not included. No Knights were harmed in the making of these birdhouses. All birdhouses are 100% gluten-free.
