Lot Management is a fast paced, successful and growing commercial real estate maintenance company. We have immediate openings for experienced General Property Building Engineer. General functions of this position include, but are not limited to: Repair, replace, and install all minor property equipment and hardware as directed Conduct preventative maintenance functions in accordance with government regulations and company policies Property and office updates including painting, carpet cleaning, moving furniture, and room repairs Basic plumbing and electrician duties Basic drywall, window and roofing repairs Assist with the set-up and break-down of events Communicate with the property manager and direct supervisor on a daily basis regarding completed and scheduled work Communicate with clients and residents in a kind and respectful manner The Ideal Candidate has: Some training or trade school relating to job duties 2-5 years of commercial building maintenance experience Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Able to complete the physical requirements of the job Valid driver’s license and record of safe driving for the last 5 years Ability to travel locally Benefits of Working for Lot Management: Great pay, benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, holidays Being a part of a successful company and a fun team Opportunity to learn and grow personally and professionally Lot Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
