Seeking GARAGE SPACE OR SEPARATE STORAGE SPACE ENCLOSED OR ROOM FOR UP TO 400.00 per month to rent month to month Completely self sufficient do not need bathroom or electricity unless otherwise available No pets no visitors no drama or clutter I have a storage unit I maintain but I cannot sleep there. I will clean up and or clean out to clear a small space. I am not planning on a lifetime stay this would be month to month to give me some sort of home base to save money and regroup from recent separation and to put a few extra dollars in your pocket which is helpful I would think. I am not a bum I own and operate a vacation rental cleaning business that is beginning to rebuild after lock down closed me down. I am clean,responsible and not a lowlife criminal thief. I mind my own business and would never disrespect the person willing to help me with this. This is all I can afford monthly so a garage will suit me fine I've done it before and I am very good at making safe and clean even a driveway I can park at anywhere off street because it is illegal to sleep in my car and I have nowhere to turn. Respect is something I have plenty of.
