Description
We are looking to add another team member to our staff. You would be cleaning 1-2 houses per day. Your daily minimum would be $60.00 and if you do two would range between 100-135 per day. You are paid as a contractor and would receive a 1099 at the end of the year as opposed to a W2. You are paid by the job as a percentage of the sale, and it usually works out to $20-25/hr. Once you are trained typical monthly earnings are between 1200-1700 per month depending on how much work you want and how proficient you are in your thoroughness and time efficiency. You will need a car and be able to pass a background check. The hours are usually between 9:30 and 1:00 to 3:00 at the latest, again depending on how much work you want. Cleaning can be hard work but it does keep you in shape and there are no office politics to deal with. If this sounds like something you're interested in please either email or text me.
