Contractor pricing included in post: Flooring: $4.00 per square yard to put down carpet $1.00 per square yard to pull up carpet. $0.99 per foot for vinyl base $20 per hour for time and material work Painting: $0.28 per sqft for two coats, we supply the paint they supply the tools (though I’ve gotten luck getting DWB up to.34 per so you may want to start there, I don’t think you’ll get any hits at.28) $40 per door/trim $75 per stained door/trim $1.00 per lineal foot of trim other than door trim $24 per HVAC unit (permitter unit or radiator covers) $33 per window $18 per hour for time and material work Drywall: $3.00 per sqft for framing, hanging, and finishing two sided walls ready for paint $0.20 per lineal foot of trim work $25 per steel knockdown frame and wood slab door $24 per hour for any other time and material work **Please be sure to leave a phone number and/or email address in your reply so we may contact you!
