Missing dog, last seen Sunday, 2/28 around 9 AM near Lakeside and 17th St NW, by Lake Cable. Name is “Koa”, 5 yr old female, black lab mix, about 40 pounds. She is not aggressive, but very nervous around people. Wearing light blue collar. Possibly seen the afternoon of 2/28, near Wertz and 12 St NW, maybe heading south.
