Our vast suite of services offers our client’s a first-class solution to all their parking lot needs. We are an all year-round parking lot construction company All job position must have a minimum of 6 months to 1 years of experience. Must have the basic aspects of the following job positions. Concrete Finisher • Remove and replace concrete • Know various finishes of concrete • Curb and gutter concrete work • Install rebar • Install ADA compliant ramps • Pour and finish concrete flat work Sealcoat Laborer • Follow company standards of application process of sealcoat • Read sitemap in accordance with property location and application schedule • Self-manage production efficiency Parking Lot Striper • Perform basic maintenance of striping equipment • Reading layout of site map of parking lot • Properly mark off and barricade area of lot for stripping • Layout and stripe parking lot as assigned • Be knowledgeable in specialty requirements – such as regulations for handicap parking and emergency vehicle access • Snap chalk lines Asphalt Laborer • Must know how to use a shovel • Must use backpack blower • Must be able to lift 50 pounds- 100 pounds • Must always follow Foreman directions REQUIREMENTS: • Pass background check • Pass drug screen • Good driving record with valid Washington state Driver’s license • Must be flexible able to work; overtime, days or nights and weekends.
