YTS, LLC Janitorial/Maintnence Field Technician $19.00 an hour/W2 Part Time - Monday/Friday Position is responsible for maintaining the trash rooms at various apartment complexes through out Los Angeles with a focus on recycling. In a time of environmental needs we are a green conscious company that helps properties maximize their recycling efforts. Benefits: Paid training at $18.00 an hour for an average of 2 to 4 weeks depending on performance analysis then wage goes to $19.00 as soon as independently on route with raise evaluation 3 months after being independent 8 hours paid even if route is finished early Monthly cash bonuses for perfect attendance and being on time Company smart phone Healthy work-life balance with flexible work routes that allow employees to accommodate personal needs Freedom to work independently Driving a regular 1500 Silverado work truck with an 8 foot long bed - no CDL special license required Description: 3:30 am start time Drives route of apartment complexes to maintain trash/recycle enclosures Break down boxes Break down smaller sized non big bulk furniture items Sweep and clean trash enclosures Relay photos and information about accounts using company phone Haul away metal items for recycle yards Performs other job-related duties as required Requirements: Must be an excellent and safe driver Valid drivers license with clean record Able to pass background check Able to lift 50 lbs, athletic and familiar with physical labor Works safely and at a healthy pace Willing to handle trash and work in dirty conditions Trustworthy and dependable with excellent communication skills to effectively communicate to management Grasps concepts quickly and has good follow through skills; adheres to work schedule and follows through on challenges as they arise; ability to think quickly and make decisions Service oriented; actively looks of ways to help people Excellent self-motivation skills; strong work ethic Looking for someone polite and friendly with a positive attitude, we pride ourselves on giving respect to everyone we come in contact with Living with in 30 minutes of Torrance (route starting point) preferred for an easier commute to begin work Please include with your response: Resume (anything below that is covered in your resume you can leave out) Name, address, phone, email Previous employment of at least the last 10 years if applicable, dates employed, position held, reason for leaving, supervisor name and contact information Job skills/qualifications If driving record is clean, if not how many points and what violations will appear?
