Help moving boxes and tearing down Sheetrock

Hello looking for someone to help move boxes from garage to basement and tear down some sheet rock in the garage and put dumpster. NEED FOR TOMORROW. Probably about 3 to 4 hours worth of work. Please respond with how much you looking for an hour. Please be able to lift heavy stuff although some stuff as light as well. Thanks
