As a Warehouse Assistant /Delivery Driver you will aid the warehouse manager in daily operations to help the company operate efficiently, a large majority is ensuring the smooth operation of jobs by picking up and delivering parts throughout Northern California driving a 24’ Flatbed Bobtail Truck. Required Experience: Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check & drug test Basic computer skills Ability to use smart phone (mostly communication via text) Able to lift heavy equipment / loading and unloading supplies and equipment onto truck Educational Requirements: High school diploma or GED Desired Experience: Previous delivery experience, fork lift experience Tool maintenance and repair Needs minimal direction for day to day task A self-motivated person with drive and passion for their job Characteristics: Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication skills The ability to work evenings and weekends if necessary with minimal supervision Willingness to work hard and be reliable RESPONSIBILITES: Working in all weather conditions Lifting up to 80lbs Climbing stairs Operating forklift Picking up and Delivering parts and equipment in Northern California. Cleaning trucks Maintaining Warehouse shop and yard Assisting Warehouse manager with tracking inventory Organizing shop stock Miscellaneous utility person.
