Busy construction company is looking for a warehouse manager, daily duties to include: Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, and customer service Track inventory coming in and going out of the shop Track equipment coming in and going out of the shop Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed Keep warehouse/shop inventory stocked/ order more materials as needed Keep warehouse/shop clean and organized Communicate with field employees, management and the office Place orders for project managers in preparation for jobs Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report) Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures Spanish speaking a plus but not required Organizational skills are a MUST Previous inventory and warehouse experience required but does not need to have been in construction. Full time, Monday-Friday work 6am-3pm, year round. 401K and health benefits offered after introductory period. Plenty of room to grow the position and within the company.
