Description

Local early childhood educational program has immediate openings for part and full time, enthusiastic and dedicated aides as well as part time, typically weekly hours for substitute caregivers. Depending upon the match made regarding position and hours, duties will include the supervision and guidance of our toddler and preschool-aged children during classroom, outdoor, toileting, and napping periods. Daily tasks also include light cleaning duties. A wide range of experience and training will be considered based upon the match made to position. Registration on the Oregon Central Background Registry is required, as is the fulfillment of a few additional childcare certifications. Qualified candidates should be skilled in and enthusiastic with regard to working with young children and demonstrate patience, intelligence, positive role-modeling, empathy, & maturity. The ability to work well with team members is also imperative.
