Production Team Member – Barrels and Fence Panels Real Wood Products is a family business with a small, close-knit workforce looking for hard-working motivated individuals who take pride in what they produce. Current In-Season Job Responsibilities (January – July): • Constructing fence panels on a semi-automated machine in an assembly line fashion • Cutting and stacking wine and whiskey half barrels • Handling and packaging whole wine and whiskey barrels • Must be able to consistently and safely lift 50-75 pounds Other Job Responsibilities Out-of-Season (August – December): • Operating pneumatic guns and banders, saws, and machinery • Grading and stacking wood on the outfeed of saws • Packaging and labeling units of product for shipment • General labor, housekeeping, and special projects as needed Job Details: • Single shift 7am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday (40-hour work week) • No weekends or overtime available • Have a face covering on hand for use as needed • Punctual and reliable attendance is required • Be able to handle fast-paced physical work in outdoor covered environments • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of product standard • Consistently follow safe practices and procedures – including current health protocols • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a team • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen which includes THC Wages: • Starting wage $14.50/hour with opportunities for wage increases after an initial review • Benefits after 90-days: paid holidays, paid time off, medical, dental and life insurance • Benefits after 1 year: 401k and profit sharing • Additional wage increases at the year-end review will be available and based on merit, work ethic, job description, level of responsibility, and attendance
