Lead Mason The right candidate will be a master mason type skilled professional that has a proven track record of successfully laying brick, stone, and stucco. These skills will be needed for our large chimney and fireplace business. Experience in managing large projects and the ability to accomplish any job given within required parameters of their skill set. Key Responsibilities: Helping to determine the scope of and estimate the project by our sales team by quickly accessing the time, material, and number of employees to turn a profit. Manage and perform skilled masonry projects on the ground as well as on roofs for chimney projects. We are expanding to all kinds of residential masonry type jobs from house brick repairs, outdoor kitchen builds, and any simple masonry repair. Identify and implement new technologies that align with future growth and site improvement. Desired Skills & Experience: 5 years of masonry experience. Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to continually learn and improve. Strong communication, and organizational skills Ability to shift resources quickly and work ahead of ongoing deadlines – always be creating, in some cases with minimal direction or a vague concept inside of a framework for Brand Standards Understanding of multi-divisional brands and companies, and the ability to work across multiple divisions, and product lines under constant deadlines.
