Well established landscaping company in Monroe, Ohio seeking reliable, energetic laborers! Full time positions with OVERTIME are available for laborers with residential and/or commercial landscaping experience. We work year-round in all weather conditions, with some weekend hours. General Job Description: -Spring Mulching/Planting - Fall/Winter tree planting - Snow Plowing - Seasonal Maintenance of planting, pruning, and all capacities of commercial landscaping. Willingness to learn, a love of outdoors, self-motivation, and a true enjoyment of hard work are mandatory for this job! Starting pay will be discussed in the interview with the opportunity to make more when work ethic is proven. Raises are given based on job performance, NOT length of employment.
