We are looking to add a LEAD window cleaning tech to our team. Experience is not required but is preferred, we will train the right person but strongly prefer someone with ladder experience. Ex roofers/painters are a great fit. People very comfortable working on ladders are a great fit! Compensation: During training you will be paid $12 per hour. Training typically takes 5-8 shifts depending on experience level. This is part time position to start but with full time potential. Our LEAD techs are commision based but their earnings equate to $20-$35 per hour (depending on efficiency). You will also earn tips often if you do a great job. An average tip is $20-$25 and you can earn extra income by upselling at job sites and with earning online reviews (Google/Yelp. etc) we also pay review bonuses. Must be VERY comfortable working on ladders. MUST have a valid drivers license in good standing. MUST have a bank account, we do not cut manual checks, auto pay thru ADP is a must Must be legal to work and have 2 valid forms of ID Must be presentable / well spoken and comfortable dealing with customers and discussing job details Must have your own/reliable transportation. Must be comfortable working outdoors in the heat. Must be comfortable on ladders and working while on a ladder or roof. Must be able to lift and move up to 40 Lbs. Most jobs are on the west side of the valley in the Summerlin area and our start/meet locations are usually in that area. This is a part time position to start. With flexible scheduling options.
