I don't believe that your post should be flagged... although you're already blaming a potential flag on the right. The right is in favor of the constitution and free speech. So your post is already slanted. We are a nation made up of different races and ethnic backgrounds and it may have made us paranoid. You suggest that some of us (I believe you to mean the republicans) think guns are the answer or immigration is to blame. Guns are not the answer. But neither is violating the constitutional rights of law abiding citizens. Immigration is really not to blame either, but ILLEGAL immigration is part of it. Again, you want to violate laws by allowing such illegal activity. The concept of sanctuary cities/states is another of the left's solutions... but again, that's only allowing someone to violate the laws of their choosing. The violent images that you have are not just from the election.... they happened all summer long. BLM and Antifa burned, looted, and killed long before the election. Groups were allowed to take over portions of a city and call it "The Summer of Love". We may have developed into a blame culture... I think that the politicians are mostly responsible for that (on both sides). Winning in politics is to identify a problem (real or not) and then blame the other side. The left's solution of sanctuary cities, disregarding laws at will, allowing ILLEGAL immigration, censuring free speech, omitting due process when it suits them, or violating the rights of many for just one person's feeling is also not a solution. Many of us may very well be paranoid. We've not only become a blame culture, but a culture that is not one of law and order. As long as the party in power ignores the lack of law and order... maybe I should keep my gun handy... just in case.
