Got some extra space in your house I could rent as an office?

Hi - I'm working from home and would love to find a room somewhere to use as an office. Do you have some space in your house that you're not using? I'd pay $300-$400/month. It would have to be a place with a dedicated entrance and bathroom (due to COVID), and that nobody else uses (so I can leave some stuff there, like my computer monitor), and with decent wireless (for work). Good natural light would be nice, and a kitchen would be extra-fantastic. I'd use it M-F 9-6-ish, and the occasional weekend day. I'm a social scientist, my work is quiet, and I promise I won't start a 24-hour drumming circle. Looking for a nice place with good karma and nice people. If it works out I'll ask my teenage son to make you a batch of his outstanding chocolate chip cookies. (I'm not posting in the Craigslist housing/rental section because that's not the vibe I'm after. I'd love to find someone who isn't used to renting and just has a big house.)
