HOUSEKEEPER/JANITOR Pondsco Facility Services is hiring for a part-time housekeeper/janitor to support Peachtree Mall in Columbus, GA. Available Shift: Friday from 12:00PM-:800PM and Sunday from 12:00PM to 6:00PM, Tuesday 11:00 Am to 7:00 pm, Wednesday 11:00 Am to 7:00 pm Pay Rate: $8.63 CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clean/maintain floors (vacuum, mop, carpet spotting) Clean/maintain surface areas (dust, sanitize, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing) Remove waste (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas) Use cleaning chemicals safely and adhere to all safety precautions when mixing cleaning solutions Safely operate floor equipment (scrubbers) Perform other general cleaning duties as needed REQUIREMENTS Pass pre-employment background screening and drug test Lift of up to 50 pounds repeatedly, bend, reach, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
