What’s in it for me? • Set schedule – you get a guaranteed minimum of 8 hours of work each day • Consistent Compensation – earn an average of $1,000 to $1,500 per week • Bi-Weekly Pay – pay bi-weekly through direct deposit, no more waiting weeks or months to be paid • Comprehensive Instruction – on the job training of our processes and systems • Advancement – many team members move on to become Trainers, Supervisors, and Managers Responsibilities: • Produce 100% defect-free parts and minimize scrap. • Operate and monitor different types of machinery and equipment efficiently to reduce cost. • Operate lathe and cold heading machinery (dept. specific) • Operate Komatsu/Minster stamping equipment (dept. specific) • Make minor adjustments to machines per work instructions document and after training. • Visually inspect and compare parts with gauges for quality and document results. • Move pans of parts onto pallets and use various material handling devices to move products. • Maintaining machinery and work area clean. • Complete production documentation and reports. • Report malfunctions to appropriate staff. • May be required to operate and drive a forklift and operate a hoist. • Perform all 5s responsibilities required.
