The overview for this job is for careful demo of the walls and ceiling coverings from the home’s wood framing. The floor plan that needs the work is approximately 600 sq feet. This job does require hauling off the wall and ceiling covering debris. The house is located downtown Ogallala and was built in the 1900’s. The project is demoing the wall materials made of plaster (majority), drywall and wood paneling down to the wood framing. Demoing the ceilings which are made of a combination of sound tiles, plaster and drop down panels down to the wood frame. The area for reference is a small bedroom, one living room, one dinning room, tiny bathroom and a smaller kitchen. The debris would also need to be removed from the premises as part of this job. All work to be completed is located on the ground level of the home making hauling out the front door easy. All walls are approximately 8 feet high. Work will need to careful not to damage existing framing, wood floors, windows, plumbing, light fixtures and existing electrical. Looking for reliable, safe and trustworthy work only. This project would start around March 20th and need to be completed BEFORE April 15th. Work can be coordinated to be completed mornings, afternoons and/or evenings 7 days a week during this time period. Price is negotiable PRIOR to starting work. Payment will be in two cash installments with half the pay when half the work is done and the other half after work is completed.
