Need handyman skilled in remodeling and willing to do general labor. We have 6 properties that need regular maintenance. Would range from general repairs, painting, drywall repair, plumbing repairs, and remodeling to yard work, mowing, tree trimming and weed pulling. have a lot of work, especially in summer. Would be contract labor (1099) at $20/hour. Need hard worker who can do work right the first time. Hours flexible, but must show up when agreed Please send some sort of resume through craigslist
