Landlord needs experience person with tools to work on 40+ houses with growing portfolio. Landlord is in rental housing business, was in Apartment business for 25+ years. Landlord is General Contractor and hands on landlord with skills and experience. Owner and partner both experienced Contractors looking for Right person or persons to join us as team member and hopefully family. Prefer hourly rate or part time payroll, but will consider by bid or contract. You have tools and experience for make ready, maintenance, and remodeling or rough make readies.
