Well established landscaping company in Monroe, Ohio seeking reliable, energetic laborers! Full time positions are available for laborers with residential and/or commercial landscaping experience. We work year-round in all weather conditions, with some weekend hours. General Job Description: - Fall/Winter tree planting - Snow Plowing - Seasonal Maintenance of planting, pruning, and all capacities of commercial landscaping. Desired Qualifications: - Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record - Truck driving (1+ ton) with attached trailer experience - Experience operating a manual transmission - Experience operating a skid steer w/ various attachments or other heavy equipment - Experience plowing snow Willingness to learn, a love of outdoors, self-motivation, and a true enjoyment of hard work are mandatory for this job! Starting pay will be discussed in the interview with the opportunity to make more when work ethic is proven. Raises are given based on job performance, NOT length of employment.
