City Wide Facility Solutions (Portland) is seeking a supervisor to oversee buildings in the Portland area, assist contractors, and work with the account manager on resolving customer issues. As a City Wide Night Shift Supervisor, you will develop and maintain productive working relationships with contractors, communicate with the account manager any issues that need immediate attention, make recommendations of contractors for work assignments, and inspect buildings. In the buildings you oversee, you will be responsible for inspecting, organizing, assisting contractors with the needs and requirements of the client, maintaining records and inventories. Preferred Qualifications: -Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment -Excellent communication skills -Energetic, hard-working, dependable, and detail-oriented -Previous management experience -Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Requirements: -6 months of management experience and/or training -High school diploma or equivalent (GED) -Reliable Transportation with verifiable car insurance -Basic computer and/or tablet knowledge: ability to learn and understand our company software -Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals -Ability to write routine reports and correspondence -Prompt, regular attendance This is a full time job: Monday - Friday - starting wage is $16.00 an hour with medical and dental benefits and 401k option after 60 days.   This job requires a background check.
